Where basic ballet moves are combined with light weights for 45 minutes. No ballet experience required!

Challenge your abdominals and back in this 30 minute, all-in work out. Gliders and a pilates ball are recommended.

In this 45 minute class, you’ll be mixing varying weights and intense cardio that builds endurance and strengthens your muscles.

This is a 50 minute class where we will combine indoor cycling with elements of a barre class that tones and strengthens each muscle.

Where Barre and high intensity interval training meet. This is a 45 minute class is a traditional Barre class that infuses elements of HIIT for a quick, intense workout.
